In a trust-driven category, one overstated claim does more damage than ten understated ones. Certifications not yet formally issued are marked "in progress" — never fabricated. When in doubt, we escalate; we never paper over. This rule outranks polish, conversion, and marketing.

KCJM is founded and run by three directors — Chetan, Jitendra, and Kirti Patel. The "KCJM" name carries their initials. For high-value relationships, they still answer personally.
